After breakfast, we will venture deep into the Sahara, passing by the dry Lake Iriqui, historically a resting place for migratory birds traveling from Africa to Europe. Our journey will continue to Tazenakht, known as the capital of Berber rugs and carpets, where we will have lunch. You will also visit a women’s cooperative to gain insight into the intricate craftsmanship behind these traditional textiles. By late afternoon, your driver will take you back through the High Atlas Mountains to your Riad or the airport.
