✦ VOYAGISTE MAROC Travel Company Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to VOYAGISTE MAROC Travel Company. By booking any of our tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our services and your relationship with VOYAGISTE MAROC. Please Read these terms carefully.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by VOYAGISTE MAROC.
2.2. A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
2.3. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date.
2.4. For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

3. Pricing
3.1. All prices are quoted in EUR, USD, and MAD and are subject to change without notice.
3.2. Once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges or increases.

4. Cancellations by the Client
4.1. To cancel your booking, please notify us in writing.
4.2. Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 7-14 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

4.3. No refunds will be provided for any unused services or portions of the tour once it has commenced.

5. Cancellations by VOYAGISTE MAROC
5.1. VOYAGISTE MAROC reserves the right to cancel any tour due to force majeure, natural disasters, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5.2. In the event of a cancellation by VOYAGISTE MAROC, you will be offered an alternative tour of equal or greater value, or a full refund of all payments made.

6. Changes to Bookings
6.1. To request changes to your booking, please notify us in writing.
6.2. All changes are subject to availability and any additional costs incurred.
6.3. An administration fee may apply for changes made less than 30 days before the tour start date.

7. Travel Insurance
7.1. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants in our tours.
7.2. Insurance should cover personal accident, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and tour cancellation or curtailment.

8. Health and Safety
8.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to participate in the tour.
8.2. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
8.3. Clients must follow all health and safety instructions provided by VOYAGISTE MAROC and its representatives.

9. Complaints
9.1. If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform the tour guide or representative immediately, so we can address the issue.
9.2. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please submit a formal complaint in writing within 14 days of the tour’s end date.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour with VOYAGISTE MAROC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
